Service Description

Our Fitness Follow Up offers a chance for us to re-evaluate your companion's progress in their fitness journey and alter it as needed. We will re-assess their stamina, endurance, and overall Body Condition Score. Alterations to their home plan are also included.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations/Rescheduling with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a $25 fee.
